This is RIDICULOUS! I was prepared to leave Tumblr because although it allows for much more creativity when it comes to template graphic design and layout, for posting content it was too difficult to upload images and layout the text beside it. I could never figure out how to make my posts look they did in other Tumblr blogs. Comparitively, Blogger has a fairly limited template design universe but makes up for it by giving you free reign on colors and fonts and font sizing. I didn't realize that Blogger wouldn't have an easy interface to other blogspot blogs (like visiting model houses, looking at how other blogspots design their blogs gives you ideas) and I certainly don't want the option of following me to be tied to having people join "Google Friend Connect" or have them type my URL in Google Reader. On that note, Tumblr has the advantage, but I refuse to feel I have to take an HTML or CSS course just to provide minor design tweeks to my blog posts!
I'm going to take a deep breath. And have a beer. Or two.
Or maybe ice cream?
